Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and driven Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong expertise in Microsoft’s Power Platform, particularly in creating solutions with Power Automate, Power Apps, and similar technologies. Familiarity with Copilot Studio is an advantage. Additionally, the candidate should be skilled in utilizing REST API interfaces to integrate and enhance platform functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Power Platform Solutions:Design, build, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps. Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
  • Copilot Studio Utilization:Leverage Copilot Studio (if available) to enhance development productivity, providing AI-assisted insights and solutions.
  • REST API Integration:Integrate third-party services and data sources using REST APIs to extend the functionality of Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders:Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solutions, and implement them efficiently.
  • Maintenance and Support:Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing Power Platform solutions.
  • Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, ensuring clear guidelines for usage and maintenance.
  • Training and Best Practices:Educate team members and stakeholders on Power Platform best practices, including the development of training materials as needed.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Experience with Copilot Studio is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding and experience with REST APIs, including API integration and management.
  • Familiarity with data connectors and Microsoft Dataverse.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or equivalent are a plus.
